Syeda Raazia Naqvi is a business management student by day, aspiring fantasy writer by night. Originally found drifting in the waves of Karachi, she is now based in Islamabad, where she pens down gothic South-Asian historical fantasy pieces. While helping manage the wonder that is Tasavvur, she is also an alumni for The Salam Award Workshop 2025.

Mushba Said (she/they) is a speculative artist and writer from Karachi, Sindh. An alumni of the Salam Award Spec Fic Workshop 2023, they write speculative fiction under the pen name Khushbu Khushi. When not creating, Mushba enjoys gardening, reading POC-centric fiction, playing indie video games, and listening to lo-fi music. They also help out on the The Salam Award. During the day, Mehak is doing her PhD at UC Berkeley, and is an editor at Qui Parle and its online complement Ki. Her academic work is at the intersections of contemporary Anglophone fiction, queer theory, post- and decolonial theory, and game studies. By night, she is a fiction writer, board game designer, and aspiring crossword-maker.

Archita Mittra is a writer, critic, editor and artist from Kolkata, India. Her work has appeared in Lightspeed, Locus Magazine, Reactor, Strange Horizons, and elsewhere. She is an Ignyte finalist for the Critic’s Award while her fiction and poetry have been nominated for the Pushcart and best of the net prizes. As Community and Outreach Manager for Tasavvur, she helps nurture imaginative spaces for writers and readers through book clubs, writing programs, and collaborative creative initiatives. When she is not building literary communities, she is usually dreaming up strange worlds, folklore, and stories that linger in the dark.
